Flow Blue Jug - Pansy

  • DATE - c1920
  • PATTERN - Pansy
  • MAKER / ORIGIN - John Steventon & Sons Ltd. Royal Venton Ware - unmarked but guaranteed to be genuine - this comes from a set of three that I originally had this one not being marked
  • SIZES - 8 ¾ inches high by 7 inches inches from lip to handle
  • Do not confuse this jug with the nasty reproductions that can be found - this is guaranteed
    to be a genuine piece - it has extremely good colour and glaze and is highlighted with gold - a very attractive piece
    Condition of Item
  • On the underside of the base to the side of the jug there is a slither chip of the glaze about 1 inch in length -
    I would think the jug has been caught on an edge as it was being placed down - please check the photographs
    - this in no way detracts from the overall look and use of the jug
