Flow Blue Decanter Vase Chinese by Dimmock

  • ITEM - Bottle Vase or Decanter - Cover is missing
  • DATE - c1845
  • PATTERN - Chinese
  • MAKER / ORIGIN - T. Dimmock
  • SIZES - 9 ¾ inches high - the top is 1 ¾ inches across, base is about 3 ½ inches across, it is about 6 ¼ inches around the neck and about 18 ½ inches around the widest part of the body - there is a recess where the covers would have sat
  • I do have 2 of these pieces both missing their covers
  • These are unusual in size and shape - I have had much larger pieces in this pattern but this is the first time I have had this particular style - Chinese by Dimmock is a very popular pattern, the colouring is good and they are a nice substantial size for display
    Condition of Item
  • There is some crazing that has come with age but no damage or restoration on this piece
  • On the other piece that you will have the option on there is a very small nick on the rim as shown in the last
    picture - apart from this there is no other damage or restoration to this piece
